    • Outside Dhaka: Typically within 2–4 business days.

5. Warranty, Returns & Replacement

  • Return/Exchange Period: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Conditions for Return:
